Administrative Manager
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and excellent leadership skills. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Handle employee requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and systems (e.g. filing systems, scheduling, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Fluency in Malayalam or Tagalog is preferred but not required
- Experience working with multicultural teams is a plus
