Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects in Remish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project teams including contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Fluent English speaker
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required
