Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Remish. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure they are executed according to budget and timeline
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects
- Ensure safety standards are met on site at all times
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Remish
