We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in the bustling city of Lom. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer requests
- Ensure that all drinks are made to the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Promote new products or special offers to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Weekend availability is required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month, along with performance-based bonuses.
