Surveyor Assistant

The Surveyor Assistant will support the surveying team with various tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting surveys and collecting data using various tools and equipment
- Help with setting up equipment and markers for surveys
- Record measurements accurately and enter data into computer systems
- Conduct research on land records and maps to assist with survey projects
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions
- Good physical fitness as some tasks may require lifting or carrying heavy objects
- Fluency in Croatian language is preferred but not required
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is necessary for travel purposes

Working hours:
This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible but may require working some weekends depending on project deadlines.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
The job will be based in Pula, Croatia. Candidates from other countries are welcome to apply but must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing if they are not located in Pula.
