Experienced Handyman for Property Maintenance

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman for Property Maintenance to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks at various properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or areas in need of repair
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate with property owners and tenants to address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and skills in various handyman tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with property owners and tenants
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Must have own set of tools for the job

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in property maintenance or with rental properties
- Ability to read blueprints or technical manuals
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license
