A well-established company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal pieces to create various structures and products. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding techniques and be able to handle various types of welding equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Operate welding equipment including gas torches, plasma cutters, and arc welders
- Ensure all safety standards are followed while working with hot materials and equipment
- Inspect completed welds for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with various types of welding equipment such as gas torches and plasma cutters
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in welding is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month.

This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship for non-native speakers. Accommodation will not be provided.
