Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine and establish land boundaries, locations, and other topographical features. You will use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to collect data and create accurate maps and reports. Your main duties will include conducting field surveys, analyzing data, preparing reports and maps, and communicating with clients or project managers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not required. This position is open to Indian or Nepali nationals who are proficient in English. Accommodation may be provided for candidates who require it. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collect data on land boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Analyze collected data using specialized software
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients or project managers to discuss survey results and address any issues
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects
- Adhere to safety standards while working in the field

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in surveying or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying

Salary: 1200$ per month (part-time)
