A welding company in Bayan is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for welding and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to project specifications
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using different welding techniques
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven ability to read blueprints and interpret project requirements
- Proficient with various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as required
