Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various surveying equipment
- Gather data from field measurements, records, maps, and other sources to create accurate drawings and reports
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to provide necessary survey information for project planning
- Prepare legal descriptions of properties based on survey findings
- Manage survey equipment maintenance and repairs
- Adhere to safety standards while working in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other computer aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret data

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300 USD per month. Salary may vary depending on experience level.
