Welder (Indian Nationality)

We are currently accepting applications for a skilled Welder to join our team in Mombasa. As a Welder, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping and joining metal parts for various projects using specialized tools and equipment. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, which includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques
- Operate and maintain various welding equipment including but not limited to arc welders, gas welding equipment, and spot welders
- Perform welding tasks using appropriate methods such as MIG, TIG or Stick welding
- Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in similar role is required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick etc.
- Familiarity with various types of metal and their properties
- Physical stamina to work in demanding environments for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Must have own visa/work permit
