Sales Representative - Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our growing team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including customer feedback and market research.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Indian market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience in using various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have own visa for working in Kenya without accommodation.
