Material Handler - Sharjah, UAE


We are currently hiring for a Material Handler in Sharjah, UAE. This contract position is suitable for Filipino candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in the logistics industry. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely handling various materials within a warehouse or production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts or other equipment
- Move materials to designated locations within the warehouse using hand trucks or pallet jacks
- Inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices
- Organize and maintain inventory levels by properly storing materials and keeping accurate records
- Prepare materials for shipment by packaging, labeling, and securing them as needed
- Operate forklifts and other machinery in a safe manner, following all safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or production facility preferred but not required
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain inventory levels accurately
