Construction Project Manager


We are a reputable construction company based in Hawalli, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and proven experience in successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of construction management principles, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
