We are a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Nizwa, Oman seeking an experienced and talented International Chef to join our culinary team. As an International Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually appealing dishes from various cuisines around the world. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellence will ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus with a diverse range of international dishes, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and cultural preferences
- Oversee and manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and portion control
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new dishes and improve existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines including Mediterranean, Asian, European, etc.
- Ability to create innovative recipes while adhering to traditional techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation, transportation, meals on duty, medical insurance, and other benefits.
