Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Vilnius. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage project finances and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
1600$ per month
