Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our busy restaurant in Washington. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Train and manage staff, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to ensure adequate stock levels
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health codes
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare reports on sales, financial performance, and budgeting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
