Position Overview:
Our company is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. This full-time position offers a salary of $900 per week and does not include accommodation. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials as required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct pre-start checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Use excavator to dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials as directed by the site supervisor.
• Conduct daily maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate with team members and site supervisor regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating an excavator in a construction setting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
