We are currently hiring a skilled Dismantler to join our team in Shan, India. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling various types of machinery and equipment to salvage usable parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess the condition of machinery and equipment for dismantling
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to carefully disassemble parts without causing damage
- Sort and organize salvaged parts for reuse or recycling
- Safely dispose of any unusable materials according to company procedures
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various types of machinery and their components
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
