Office Administrator
We are a leading company in El-Ain and we are seeking an organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our company. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Ensure office equipment is in working order
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Fluency in Malayalee or Kenyan languages is preferred but not required
