Information Technology Manager

We are in search of an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our IT department in Ashdod. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of current technologies and trends, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and develop solutions accordingly.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and database management.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Salary:
1300$ per month
