Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing construction projects in Kaunas. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required.
