Registered Dietitian - Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based nutrition therapy and counseling to clients in order to promote healthy eating habits and improve overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments of clients, including medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors
- Develop personalized nutrition plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Provide education and counseling on proper nutrition, portion control, meal planning, and food preparation
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate them into practice
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthy eating habits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Current registration as a Dietitian with the relevant regulatory body in Portugal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dietitian
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate clients
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing cultural dietary preferences
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
