Computer Support Specialist


Position Overview:
We are a leading technology company seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining computer systems. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
