We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food and service to our guests. Your main duties will include creating menus, managing inventory and budgets, and training and supervising kitchen staff.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.

As this position does not include accommodation, we are looking for candidates who are already based in Mecca or willing to relocate on their own. Fluency in English is a must.
