Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations and drones
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports with accurate measurements and calculations
- Create detailed maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
- Research property records and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Perform quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a land surveyor
- Experience with surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position.
