Factory Machine Operator


Our factory is in need of a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in our production process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machine operations and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with operating CNC machines or other automated equipment
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
