English Speaking Moderator for Malayalee Community in Herzliya

We are seeking an experienced and fluent English speaker to join our team as a Moderator for our Malayalee community in Herzliya. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online forums and discussions within our community, ensuring that all content is appropriate and respectful.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions within the Malayalee community
- Ensure that all content is appropriate, respectful, and follows community guidelines
- Respond to any user concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Encourage engagement and participation within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all members

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities within the Malayalee community
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

This position is based in Herzliya, Israel.
