Facade Engineer


We are seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of building facades. This includes conducting site surveys, creating technical drawings and specifications, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the condition of existing facades and determine necessary repairs or improvements
- Design new facades for buildings using advanced software programs
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that facade designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within financial constraints
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that facades are constructed according to design specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Ability to speak multiple languages
