Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for various projects. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to completion for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints in order to create customized designs that meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of project plans.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the design process.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for construction purposes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work during construction phase.
- Manage a team of architects and drafters to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices in architectural design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role within the architecture industry.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of architects or designers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
