Part-Time Architecture Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Multan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of various projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project proposals and provide recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing architecture projects from start to finish
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary: The salary for this part-time position is $1300 per month.

Location: This position is located in Multan. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Pakistan.
