Teamlead - Entry Level
As a Teamlead at our growing company, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of entry-level employees in our Karachi office. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the team and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring progress to ensure quality work is being produced.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As this is an entry-level position, prior experience is not necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow within the company is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of entry-level employees
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor team progress and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure overall success of department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (local candidates preferred)
