Dishwasher - Indian Cuisine

We are in need of a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be familiar with traditional Indian cuisine. This position requires someone who can effectively manage their time, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure all dishes are properly stacked and stored for future use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Notify management of any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a dishwasher in a busy kitchen setting
- Familiarity with traditional Indian cuisine preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a temporary position with no accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa valid for working in Dubai.
