The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in and around the designated property in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman duties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing leaks, etc.
- Conduct repairs on electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures and outlets.
- Handle plumbing issues such as unclogging drains and replacing faucets.
- Install new appliances and fixtures as needed.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (fluency required).
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
- Experience working with students or in student accommodation is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. However, occasional evening or weekend work may be required for emergency repairs. The Handyman will also receive paid vacation time each year.
