Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Vianden. Our company specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for design excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Create design concepts and presentations
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology
- Maintain project budgets and schedules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design
- Fluency in English is preferred
