Architectural Designer


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Vianden, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional building plans and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs meet all requirements and are completed within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop building plans and structures according to client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their ideas into the design
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet all safety standards
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor needed for projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or unforeseen challenges during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Vianden, Pakistan. Local candidates are preferred but we welcome applications from all nationalities.
