We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust and debris
- Empty trash receptacles and transport trash to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobby, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and bend or reach for items
