Sales Representative - Vilnius, Lithuania
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to potential customers in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with customers in various industries and build strong relationships to drive sales and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features, pricing, and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation
- Keep updated on industry trends, market changes, competition activities, and new products/services
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Indian community in Vilnius (preferred)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling or solution selling is an asset
- Must have a Biometric Passport for international travel (if necessary)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Salary:
1100$ per month + commission based on sales performance.
Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
