Shaper

As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and forming various materials into specific shapes and sizes. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to create finished products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or design plans to determine shaping requirements
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to shape materials
- Monitor the quality of shaped materials, making adjustments as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in shaping or related field preferred
- Proficient in reading blueprints and design plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials if necessary

Salary: $1500 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (no accommodation provided)

Visa Requirements: Must have own valid work visa for Kenya (foreigners welcome)
