Formworker Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Eschen, providing quality services to our clients. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Indian workers and ensure all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of Indian formworkers in construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Operate various tools and equipment related to formwork
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and project managers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Experience in supervising a team of workers, preferably from India or with English-speaking skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit to perform manual labor on construction sites
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eschen (with accommodation provided)
