Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Balzers. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with facades
- Coordinate with contractors and other tradespeople on construction projects
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with building facades
- Knowledge of facade materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition for climbing and working at heights

Preferences:
- Experience working in a similar role in Balzers or surrounding areas
- Valid work visa for Balzers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
