Concierge for Boutique Hotel in Khasab


We are a boutique hotel located in the beautiful city of Khasab, seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Handle complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledgeable about local attractions and restaurants in Khasab
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position, with potential for growth within the company.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Khasab or have their own housing arrangements.
