IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and projects. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices to ensure security and efficiency
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of hardware, software, and systems
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and implement solutions
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement of IT equipment and services
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to suggest improvements for our systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, database management
- Experience managing teams and implementing project plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Preference for Canadian or English-speaking candidates

Salary: $1800 per month with accommodation provided. This salary may vary based on experience.

Location: This position is based in Riyadh but is open to foreigners with proper work permits.
