Civil Engineer for Construction Projects in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes conducting site surveys, creating project plans, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and monitoring project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility of construction projects
- Create project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee quality control on construction sites
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation is not provided but can be arranged if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Russian candidates.
