We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Sheduva, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase overall profitability. Your main goal will be to attract and retain guests through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing accordingly
- Train sales staff on effective selling techniques
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Proficiency in using sales software, such as CRM systems, for tracking leads and performance
