Industrial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet the functional and aesthetic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed designs that meet industry standards and regulations
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of industrial building systems and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
