We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Shan, India. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- No prior experience required
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to work full-time with accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster according to desired consistency and apply it evenly on surfaces using appropriate tools
- Smooth out any uneven areas and ensure a smooth finish
- Repair damaged or cracked areas of existing plasterwork
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in plastering or construction is beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
