We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix plaster to the desired consistency and apply it evenly using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth and level plaster using trowels, floats, and other tools
- Create decorative finishes such as textured or polished surfaces
- Repair cracks or damaged areas in existing plaster
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in residential or commercial projects
- Excellent knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy buckets of plaster
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for precise workmanship
- Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Trade certification in Plastering or relevant field from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to plastering work
