Facade Technician
Location: Multan, Pakistan

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior façade of buildings. This includes inspecting, cleaning, and repairing any damages or defects on the building's exterior surface. You will also be required to install new façade materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damages or defects
- Clean and maintain building facades using appropriate materials and tools
- Repair any damages or defects on building facades using specialized techniques
- Install new facade materials such as glass panels, metal cladding, or stone veneer
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights to ensure personal safety and the safety of others
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on building facades

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid biometric passport
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Previous experience in facade maintenance or construction is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
