Junior Accountant

Our growing accounting firm is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the accounting field and develop their skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. English language proficiency is required, and previous accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and expenses
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicate with clients to resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
